I had never heard of Gua Sha before. After a little research. I decided to try it out. It's basically a piece of stainless steel that has 2 curves in it to match a the curvature of your arms, legs, and face. There are no sharp edges, so you won't cut yourself. It also came with some hemp lubricant. The instructions are clear, wash the area to be worked on, spread a small amount of the lubricant evenly over the muscle that needs to be adjusted. All the smooth edged feel good. This is like a manual massager. It recommends to drag the metal Gua Sha tool in only 1 direction. It does feel like it helps. It's very small and is easily to adjust. I like it.
I have not ever used hemp before, and I am blown away at how well this works! I have tried it for various ailments, and have always been surprised at how well, and quickly it works. Iโm not sure if all the ingredients are organic, but the hemp is. It is sourced and developed in the USA, and how some powerful herbs added with the hemp. I feel a slight warmth after applying, and it has a light pleasant scent. I donโt love that it has added Fragrance, but the smell is nice. I would definitely purchase this again, and itโs available to purchase without the Gua Sha. Like so many others, I had never heard of or tried Gua Sha before, but after trying this product, I think I'm hooked. The cream with the combination of the metal tool to massage it into your sore spots is an absolute game changer. The cream is non greasy and absorbs into the skin so nicely. I prefer the metal tool to be kept in the refrigerator before using so it's nice and chilled. Metal is a good conductor of hot or cold. It does warm up quickly, though. Using the tool to massage the cream in helps apply pressure to the sore areas and can really help work out the "kinks" or inflamed trigger points.

I ordered this on a whim and now I am hooked. I've never used a Gua sha before (never even heard of it) and I absolutely love this! IT's cool metal and the closest thing I can compare it to is those rollers for your sore muscles ... you glide it along with the cream and it absolutely stimulates and circulated and invigorates. Highly recommend if you're curious about this.
I give this high marks - I tried it out on my left hand, which has sore joints on all the fingers and on the thumb. The pain in my finger joints went away within 30 seconds of spreading this on. That pain wasn't severe, so the real test was the thumb. I needed to apply it twice for that, but it relieved the pain almost completely within a minute. My sister also found this to be effective for her joint pain. This is far more effective than I had expected. I have been using lidocaine, but you are not supposed to use that too much, so this is a great alternative. This cream smells nice too - a subtle fresh slightly minty scent. They sent a metal Gua Sha massaging tool with this in a velvet pouch, which is a nice extra that I can make use of with other creams.
