"The gua sha is metal, somewhat thick and has some nice smooth rounded edges. It is very heavy and works great with pressure. Not to sharp or pinpointed. While it has a high number on it, this ingredient is just hemp seed oil, not cbd. The cream itself has a lot of smells and promotes more of a cooling effect when used."
