At Blumenes, Inc., we stand behind the quality and integrity of our products. Each item is carefully developed, tested, and packaged to meet the highest standards. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following Return and Refund Policy, which governs all transactions between you and Blumenes, Inc. This policy is designed to ensure transparency, to prevent abuse, and to protect the rights of both the customer and the company.

All sales of Blumenes products are considered final once shipped, subject only to the limited exceptions set forth below. Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products — which are topical, consumable, and personal — we cannot accept opened, used, or partially used products for return under any circumstances. This policy exists to protect our customers and to guarantee that every order received is fresh, safe, and uncompromised.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, and only if the return request is initiated within fourteen (14) days of the order delivery date. Any product that is returned in a condition inconsistent with these requirements will be refused and will not qualify for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where Blumenes, Inc. has shipped an incorrect or defective product. We strongly recommend that all return shipments be sent with tracking and insurance, as Blumenes, Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify Blumenes, Inc. within seven (7) days of delivery by sending a detailed written description and photographic evidence of the issue to support@blumenes.com. At our sole discretion, we may provide a replacement product, store credit, or a refund to the original method of payment. Any claims made after this seven-day window will not be honored.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed within ten (10) business days of our receipt of the returned product and will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs, including any expedited shipping fees paid by the customer, are strictly non-refundable. Blumenes, Inc. reserves the right to deduct restocking fees, handling fees, or any additional costs incurred in connection with the processing of the return from the refund amount.

We do not offer refunds or returns for products purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, or platforms. If you purchased a Blumenes product from a retailer other than blumenes.com, please contact that retailer directly to inquire about their return and refund policies. Blumenes, Inc. will not assume responsibility for, or issue refunds on, any third-party transactions.

Blumenes, Inc. further reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to deny any return, exchange, or refund request that it deems to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy. By purchasing our products, you expressly acknowledge that Blumenes, Inc.’s decision in all return and refund matters shall be final and binding.

This Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Blumenes, Inc. reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time, with or without notice. Any modifications will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website or purchase of our products following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
