The Friday Takeover Wrapped: Leron

The Friday Takeover Wrapped: Leron

Leron’s Day in Motion: Inside Her Friday Takeover

Last Friday, Leron invited us into a day shaped by movement, creativity, nourishment, and self-care rituals that help her stay grounded through a demanding schedule. As a full-time architecture and interior design student, part-time DJ, and fitness devotee living in Los Angeles, her routine isn’t about slowing down — it’s about staying supported. Here is the full breakdown of Leron’s Friday takeover.

Morning: Skin First, Always

Leron starts her day with skincare — no exceptions. “Starting my day with Blumenès has become a non-negotiable,” she shared. After showering, she applies her full routine, using the moment to ground herself before the day begins.

When stress and long days show up on her skin, she’s intentional about using clean, non-toxic formulas that support rather than overwhelm.

Gold Drops — $80

Her favorite product for when her skin feels irritated or stressed. “It really is gold.”

Surreal Silk — $65

Used daily to hydrate, smooth, and support her skin barrier.

Eye Contact — $85

A staple in her routine to keep the eye area hydrated and refreshed.

On days she wants an effortless glow without trying too hard, she reaches for makeup that enhances rather than covers.

Westman Atelier — The Clean Glow Trio - $120

“I use this almost every day when I want to feel a little better and get that ‘no makeup makeup’ look.”

For extra dryness, especially related to Hashimoto’s, she relies on a deeply nourishing staple.

Amallow Grass-Fed Beef Tallow - $30

Super helpful for dry skin and her go-to replacement for heavier, more occlusive products she no longer uses.

Fueling the Body (Even on Busy Days)

Fueling herself well is just as important as skincare — even when time is limited. “It can be hard with a hectic schedule,” Leron shared, “but I do my best even when I don’t have time to cook at home.”

Sweetgreen

Her reliable go-to when she needs something nourishing and quick between classes and workouts.

Staying hydrated is essential, especially with how much she trains.

LMNT Electrolytes - $24

Used to help sustain energy and combat lightheadedness during training-heavy days.

Stanley Quencher Cup - $45

Always nearby — fits in her car cupholder, makes hydration easy, and yes, she admits it’s cute.

For comfort foods she genuinely loves:

Karoun Labne Kefir Cheese - $3

Paired with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a baguette — a small indulgence she truly enjoys.

Work & Midday Movement

Movement is part of Leron’s everyday rhythm. “I’m moving my body basically every day,” she shared — Barry’s, Pilates, running, or whatever feels right. It doesn’t always have to be intense. What matters is keeping the ritual.

Strength training is a big focus right now. On leg day, she described it as “brutal but kinda fun,” sharing how rewarding it feels to see real progress.

A full-body reset.

When she needs to focus, Leron often takes her work to coffee shops. A change of environment helps her break routine and reset creatively.

Creativity & DJing as Release

“DJing is how I express myself,” Leron shared. “It’s my release.” Whether she’s mixing at home or playing sets on weekends, music is where everything comes together.

During her takeover, she shared a recent SoundCloud set, inviting listeners into her sound and asking for feedback — an extension of her creative world beyond architecture and design.

To stay focused while studying, traveling, or creating:

Bose Noise-Canceling Headphones - $199

A staple for blocking out distractions.

Evening: Wind-Down & Care

As the day comes to a close, Leron returns to her skincare — candles lit, routine repeated. Gold Drops comes out again, giving her skin the nourishment it needs after long days, workouts, and late nights.

For travel and flights, she swears by one extra step.

Biodance Bio-Collagen Mask - $17

“The BEST mask for traveling. During flights this has saved my skin.”

She also supports her overall wellness with supplements she trusts.

Thorne Selenium Supplement - $13

Used multiple times a week for antioxidant and thyroid support.

One finishing touch she’s worn for years:

Chanel Coco Mademoiselle - $110

A timeless fragrance she says works perfectly with her pheromones.

And her everyday outerwear staple:

Zara Leather Jacket - $179

A fall/winter essential she dresses up or down — casual but sophisticated.

Leron’s Playlist: Her Sound in Motion

Music is central to how Leron moves through her days — studying, training, traveling, and creating. During her takeover, she shared the tracks she’s been returning to lately: a blend of depth, rhythm, softness, and edge that mirrors her pace and creative energy.
